Payment
As a private customer, you are only able to pay for your goods with credit card. This method of payment is covered by the opposition system.

When paying with a credit card we will only subtract the subtotal of your purchase from your account when the item is shipped. You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay, PayPal, MetaPay, Venmo, ShopPay and Google Pay.

The entered data is encrypted and cannot be read by others. Card information is sent through an encrypted connection to our server.

The opposition system
You can always oppose if an amount is deducted from your account and you can demonstrate:

  • you have not received the product
  • you have been exposed to a misuse of your credit card information
  • you regret your purchase before receiving it, e.g. by refusing to receive it or not collect it at the post office
  • the amount deducted from your account is higher than you authorized when placing the order

It is a condition that your opposition cannot be immediately refuted as false.


Delays
glerups.com will contact you either by telephone or email, if any problem (in terms of production failures, delays, etc.) occurs when processing your order.

Damage or defects
glerups.com has a strict quality control, but errors may occur. If you receive a delivery with any defects, we will exchange your item. Another opportunity is to get the price refunded, depending on the extent of the defect.

According to Consumer Contracts customers have a 1-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects from the day you receive the item. Damage to the product caused by improper use of it or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Once we receive the defective item, we will contact you immediately by email to discuss how we handle the case.

glerups.com recommends that the product is sent as a package, which makes it possible to trace the shipment. By this any doubt is removed whether the goods have been delivered to glerups.com or not, and you have the opportunity to advertise for the package if no delivery should have taken place. The package is rejected by glerups.com if it is returned as COD (cash on delivery) or without postage or with "no distribution".

Receipt
Valid receipt is the order confirmation and/or the invoice on which the product is specified.

Cancel or return order
When making your purchase on glerups website, you as a customer have 60 days right to cancel or return your order from the day you receive the item. This means that you as a customer can receive the item, unpack it and see if it is as expected and that the size fits.

The condition for the cancellation or return is that glerups.com receives the goods in the same condition and quantity as in delivery. This includes the product being unused and in original packaging. However, it is not a requirement that the packaging is unbroken.

The product should be shipped as a package item. Thus, any doubts as to whether the product has been delivered to glerups.com is avoided and you have the option to request tracking of the package if delivery is not completed

The cost of returning the goods to glerups is the customer’s own expense.

The Right of Withdrawal
When shopping through glerups.com online shop, you have 60 days of Right of Withdraw the goods from the day you receive them.

The goods and a copy of relevant invoice are sent to the following address of return:

When the right to Withdrawal is used, the cost of your purchase is refunded – not shipping fee.

Withdrawal can also be done by refusing to receive the package.

When glerups has received the returned item, you get an email confirming this. The email provides information of the subsequent process, and when you can expect to get your money refunded.

Expect a processing time up to 10 days (from receiving the package on Glerups Inc. in New Hampshire) on return packages, as all goods returned are checked systematically. The cost of your purchase is refunded to your account within a few days and latest 30 days after glerups has received and accepted the returned goods.

When glerups has processed the withdrawn purchase and the amount is transferred to your account, we will send a credit note to your e-mail.

The cost of returning the goods to glerups is the customer’s own expense.
This also applies if the customer refuses to accept the order. The package is rejected by glerups if it is returned as COD (cash on delivery) or without postage or with ”no distribution”.

Processing of orders and delivery
Time of delivery
We try to process your order as quickly as possible, but expect a processing time up to 7 working days and in addition the time used for shipment.

USA: approx. 1-7 working days, depending on chosen shipping carrier.

Delivery method
The delivery date shown on the order confirmation is approximate. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the exact shipping date.

Your order is shipped the day your order is processed. Packages which cannot be delivered by the postman can be collected at the nearest post office within the following 1-7 days.

If you do not collect the package at the post office within the 7 days, we regard it as if you take advantage of your right to withdraw. The costs for returning the package will be charged/deducted towards you.
